Very dissatisfied. This man, mark, came in to fix a roll out switch, that was a Jerry rigged wire, and one other small thing. After “checking the thermostat” and about 10 minutes he comes up to me and says I’m going to need an entire new furnace, it keeps “shutting off” because it’s not actual kicking the flames off and it’s dangerous and he didn’t think we’d make it through the winter and to replace the furnace and ac unit? Idk that’s what I was told. “That’s about $8,500” ,yeah, no. Second and 3rd opinion can’t even find anything wrong other than the roll out switch because it’s not even there it’s just a Jerry rigged wire. Come to find out it “wasn’t turning off when it reached heat” because this man CRANKED MY THERMOSTAT TO 88 DEGREES. No shit it’s not kicking off, it was still trying

We are more than pleased with the service we received from Mark Meier over the past few days repairing our AC unit. After several different repairman from different establishment had already came out to address on going issues we had been having without actually finding the issue, we had a family member suggest M and M. So glad we made the Call! Mark stopped by on his way through using his personal time to check it out. he then made the trip back into town to retrieve the equipment he needed and came back out that afternoon.
