When our Maytag dryer would not start I called Joe. We'd just moved to Carbondale and was glad he was on the internet. He came out to our house the day after I'd called him and had the dryer fixed and working in just a few minutes. Very friendly and courteous. With the COVID-19 situation going on I asked him to please wear a mask and keep his distance; no problem. His pricing is competitive. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone in the area needing appliance repair.

New to the area of Percy. Bought a home with multiple appliances, that had multiple problems. I was able to call, explain the problems in detail. They did research, ordered ahead of time. Organized my visit so that all three items were looked at at once saving me costly multiple service visits. Treated our home with care, and all the repairs done were affordable. The one repair on a dryer, would not have been. They were honest about the value of the repair versus replacement. Very honest business, and an integrity lost on big companies these days. If we have another repair, they will be my first call

Called Gillenberg to service our washer and dryer. He was fast, polite, and knowledgeable. He got right in there, explained the issues, and gave us his estimate. Very affordable and a job well done. Will request his services again in the future when the need arises.

Really don't know how to rate this business as they never followed up like they stated they would. He took my information and said he was would call back and never did. I tried calling a second time and got the answering machine. Still haven't heard from this business. So proceeded to search the internet for someone else to assist me. Found someone and they were at my place the next day fixing my issues. Just remember there are other people and businesses out there so, look around if you get blown off like I did :)
