Buckley Heating & Cooling

Do not use Buckley. We had a large propane tank with them and when I sold the house Buckley's people blocked my realtor from taking a picture of the gauge showing how much was left in the tank. Then for three and a half months I had to make repeated phone calls to get a refund for the propane that was in the tank, over $500 worth. Realtors be sure to inform your customers of this if you are selling a home with a Buckley tank. A year before they billed me for a huge amount of propane and I said there must be a leak. Yes the leak was at THEIR tank (propane companies own the tanks) yet still wanted me to pay.

Been a Buckley customer for almost 10 years and was let down today. Called to see why my tanks haven't been topped off after calling last week to schedule a delivery. Was told they would be here by Tuesday or Wednesday. Now I have one empty tank and the other is well below 10% and they "will try to maybe come tomorrow" to fill it. Won't do anything about it today so we won't run out of propane while it's freezing outside. Unacceptable!

We have been with Buckley for years. Whenever, we have a problem, they come in a timely manner. Yesterday, we had no heat, and they showed up immediately, and it was taken care of in a timely manner. We highly recommend there professionalism.
