Buckley's Securitysmiths

I had to contact Buckleys because my office door at work was mistakenly locked with my keys on the other side of the door. Buckleys was quick and arrived in 30 minutes. The customer service was great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I feel that 330 dollars was a bit much just for the tech to use a close hanger type tool and it literally only took him 30 seconds (no exaggeration). The tech was professional and polite.

Buckley’s Securitysmiths Is great. Thomas arrived early and when at first glance the problem seemed beyond his skill level, he called his supervisor Bobby. Bobby arrived 10 minutes later. Bobby’s initial diagnosis was not positive, but he kept trying different approaches, and after closely examining the entire door, arrived at a fix. I was put in touch with Buckley’s through Elite Lick Solutions. At first, Elite’s price seemed high, but Thomas’ and Bobby’s professionalism and willingness to work until they found a solution to my lock problem made the price worth every penny. Bobby also suggested additional measures for our consideration at no additional charge. We will definitely be reaching out to Buckley’s for any lock issues in the future

After calling 20+ different companies, Buckley's Securitysmiths were the only ones that were capable of moving this ~600lbs AMCO safe out of my house. They're incredibly professional and considerate; they knew what they were doing and made sure to not damage anything while getting it out of there. Words cannot express enough how grateful I am, thank you so very very much!

Buckley responsed in a timely manner. Technician explained how he would proceed. Workmanship was quite satisfactory. I would not hesitate to recommend Buckley to friends and associates
