We were looking for some quotes on multiple different things that would have been thousands of dollars. They got back to us right away with a quote on a water heater, which their quote was the cheapest we found, but after a month of constantly calling and asking for the quote on the other 8 things we needed done we finally just found someone else. We had them come do the water heater and they showed up 2 hours late only after I called to see if they were even going to show up. The quote we were given was to remove two existing water heaters and install a new one. When receiving the bill they tried to charge us extra for removing the second water heater. I had a great experience with the Budget Plumbing team. My original goal was to just have a toilet installed in the basement. Money is tight, and I figured I would build the rest of the bathroom around it later. I called Budget Plumbing, because it had budget in the name. Ryan convinced me that it would be more economical to put in the plumbing for the vanity and shower at the same time, so as to only dig up the concrete one time. This involved quite a bit more time and effort, but only cost slightly more than I was expecting to pay for just the toilet install. Not only that, but they provided the shower itself, and they even did the nessissary framing in the shower area (and did a better job than I would have done). I wouldn't recommend Budget Plumbing. The process and quote I originally received ended up being different once the plumber arrived and ended up being more expensive than expected. Items that were inspected fail to work properly which leads me to believe work I paid for was not completed.

They Installed a shower and vanity/sink and toilet in our finished basement a few years ago. It was a poor installation and would not recommend them. They didn’t install shut off valves for the faucet which made the plumbing inspector shake his head. They also forgot to secure the shower wall to the studs, when I talked to the owner to have this done, he began shouting at me.
