Bug House Pest Control - Milledgeville

I have been a customer of Bug House for many years. After moving to Independent Living in a senior community I am even more pleased with their services (professional and courteous); Kudos to Cody!!

I had been seeing more bugs than usual so I called ahead of my appointment to tell them before doing my quarterly appointment they should bring bait to put in the attic. She said she would. Upon arrival I asked and he said he saw it in the notes. Then told me I should just bomb the attic myself. I'm glad I have pest control service that won't do anything extra other than the usual spray down. Ill be looking for another company

We moved to the area about a year ago and our neighbors recommended bug house. Three of my neighbors and I schedule our spraying to be done at the same time. We do the quarterly interior/exterior spraying and the monthly mosquito spraying. At first Bug House did a good job, but this year, they have done a terrible job. It seems they are turning over staff which is part of the problem. Another issue my neighbor found out from an employee, is Bug House is now diluting the mosquito spray at half strength, in order to save money. This explains why our mosquito spraying is having little to no effect. My neighbor's and I just cancelled our service with Bug House and are moving to another vendor.

Had them on quarterly bug service for years in our brand new built house. This comes with "comeback guarantee" if you see bugs. I began seeing roaches so I "called them back". I was told they could not send someone for over a month, which conveniently was when our quarterly service was due again. Kept going on for about a year continuing their service and telling the sprayer about our bug issue. Nothing different was done and the bug issue was never resolved. We eventually canceled their quarterly service, and on the plus side, quit getting their harmful chemicals sprayed inside our house.
