Bugner's Sewer & Septic Cleaning

I hired and paid in full for a septic quote which wasn’t cheap and they were late and left my septic open and my yard all torn up!!!! I called and asked about it and they said they’d be back out to work some more and never came back… DO NOT USE THEM!!! Extremely unprofessional!!!

Great job on trouble shooting and cleaning out underground downspout drains! Very professional and on time. Would highly recommend!

1.23.2024 Monday I called to schedule a Septic Tank clean out. I asked how to locate the inspection cover. I was given Jacks cell number. He told me exactly where to look. He also stated that I should take a picture and send it to him. He returned my call stating the tank was not the problem and that the line from the house to the tank was plugged. He was correct, I had it unplugged in less than an hour. It had been many years since i had a clean out i opted to clean it while I had the covers off. I was still digging when Dave backed into my driveway that afternoon, what a surprise. It was a pleasure dealing with someone honest and trustworthy... Thank you

These folks responded to my need quickly, the next day after I called. Pumped my tank but mostly helped me diagnose a bigger problem. Dave was very friendly and helpful. All at a reasonable price as well.
