David was very pleasant to have come into my home. He worked diligently and efficiently to complete the repair. He also was patient enough to explain the repairs to me and answer my questions.

David was amazing, he came in and explained in great detail what the issue with my refrigerator. Before he left he was adamant about cleaning up his work area. I would highly recommend David.

Joe was fantastic. He explained the potential issue and worked his magic troubleshooting to be sure before he made the repair. Unit is fixed and working properly. The link in the text alerts to track the technician/appt does not work...404 error.

What a joke of a company......$129 diagnostic fee, then they quoted me over $500 for a heating element and $200 in labor for a part which I then sourced for myself for $45 and fixed in 45 minutes. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Your tech was nice.......though the company is worthless. Avoid this company at all costs. Best part I was still able to fix it same day myself where I would have had to wait for them to come back and fix it. Update - I tried to reach out to them as they asked in their reply, but they are a AI only company now, you cannot talk to a live service agent. Another reason not to do business with then. Avoid at all costs.

Scheduled a washer service appointment with a time window of 8am–5pm. I waited the entire day, and no one ever showed up. After 5pm, I called and was told my technician was scheduled to arrive at 4pm EST — which made no sense since it was already 5:15 EST. When I asked the phone rep to double-check for a correct arrival time, I was told to “just keep waiting.” Five minutes later, I received a notice that my appointment had been canceled altogether. Unprofessional and a complete waste of an entire day. I do not recommend unless you want to spend your time waiting for service that never arrives.
