Our washer pump died on us, so we called to see if they had a replacement part. They took our info to call back after they checked to see if they had it on hand. Luckily, they did & they held the part for us to pick up. The price was quite a bit more than what we found online, but we didn't want to wait a week for ine to be shipped & we love to support local businesses. The lady working in the store was friendly & helpful.

Showed up mid-afternoon and was told to come back in an hour when Donovan was in. Came back in an hour only to come to back to a locked up shop with no lights on and no explanation. (I even drove from out of town)

Good old home town service! Donavan can come off strong and blunt but he cares about your appliance needs! Highly recommend

I prefer to help our town businesses out as much as possible 🤗 We Purchased a washer and dryer from the couple that owns Fostoria Appliance. Wonderful, helpful (he knows his appliances, been in the business I know of, since I was a little kid). Cost is comparable with the big chain stores. Quality. Happy with our purchase!
