Commercial Carpet And Tile

They were friendly and took 2 days to finish the job, that in itself isn’t an issue. The issue is the guys she hired to do the job did it cutting corners and not finishing the finishing touches. They didn’t clean up their mess so we had to clean up after them, some cuts were too long/short and they didn’t blend the seams at all and the job looks horrible. They didn’t cut out some vents and left an entire roll of padding still sealed and didn’t leave any scrap for future repairs. There are 3 seams in 1 room alone! Complaint was made to owner but she said “well nobody has complained before”. The job should’ve been done right the first time especially when you’re dropping thousands of dollars to have it done. Would NOT recommend.

They came and installed carpet with no issues. Did a very professional job and cleaned everything up afterwards. I would highly recommend them!!!
