We’ve used Builder Land for two large renovations now, and have been very impressed both times. The workmanship quality is high, the prices are fair, and the communication with Edward is great. They are confident tackling a wide variety of tasks in a home, from bathroom remodels to siding to kitchens to carpentry and more. I started out trying to GC this second remodel myself, and found the cost was essentially on par with hiring Edward and team to do the work, and brought them in to do the bulk of it. They can do full design and build, and they can also work with you if you want to take work on yourself. Quotes are very detailed on a line item basis, making it easy to understand what you can cut or DIY to save on costs.

Flexible contracting, good communication, reasonable pricing, quality work. We're very pleased with our new kitchen. We worked with Builder Land for the demolition, structural reinforcement (for the heavy fridge), gas and electrical improvements (including a new load center), cabinet installation, floor refinishing, drywall and painting. Builder Land remodeled two bathrooms and a powder room for us. The experience was excellent from our first meeting with Edward until the final project hand off. Edward and his Builder Land team did a fantastic job with our master bathroom remodel!
