Product Electric, Heating, and Cooling performed an inspection and tuneup on my furnace. They showed up on time, were very polite, and professional. They performed an inspection of all the major parts and functioning systems of the furnace. They vacuumed and cleaned the unit and gave me critical recommendations for part replacements or a process to replace and evolve the HVAC system with a new furnace. I'd highly recommend them - especially Eli, who was the assigned technician for my job. He explained everything step-by-step in very clear terms, including costs. He was awesome!
