Seattle Style Remodel

We just completed our first (won’t be our last!) project with Seattle Style remodel after two friends had extensive remodel done using them and recommended them to us. From start to finish, I really appreciated their communication, quick response time, and professionalism. We redid one small bathroom and then did a couple minor updates to another small bathroom. James and Louis were so helpful, stood behind the work and ran the project smoothly. We will be using them again for our master bathroom remodel and future kitchen remodel. We had a great experience working with Luis, Val and the entire crew on a six-month remodel that included raising part of our roof and converting what was previously unusable space into a full suite that includes a bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom. They also completed other projects along the way, including new kitchen counters and backsplash, foundation footings, crawlspace work and painting the entire interior, among other things! The job was to add a 3rd garage stall to the house, and even before we signed with SSR, they helped us understand Sammamish setbacks & tree concerns. The design was exactly as we wanted and the estimate was reasonable and well laid out; it was very clear what was included and what we were responsible for. James & Luis were open & friendly, communicated well, kept us up to date on what was happening and always responded to texts and phone calls. We recently worked with Seattle Style Remodel to remodel two bathrooms and our basement hallway and bedroom, and we were pleased with the experience. Their communication was clear and effective, and they adapted to our requests while keeping the project on schedule. Luis, our project manager, was responsive and handled everything with professionalism and respect. They truly went above and beyond to ensure every detail was correct, from fixing the placements of lights to aligning the window frames with our existing ones. They also made sure the shower door handle was exactly as we wanted and even repainted the deck. The end result was exactly what we had imagined, and they really executed our vision and brought it to life.

In 2023 we hired Seattle Style Remodeling to do a bedroom and bathroom remodel which included adding space over our garage. Once we received our building permits in July they started immediately. We were amazed at the speed and efficiency with which they completed the job. The overall quality was great and the communication throughout the process was excellent. We received a text every night from our project coordinator Luis, letting us know what work was to be completed the following day. Someone was working on the remodel every weekday and sometimes on the weekend to ensure the job was completed on schedule. We would hire SSR again for any future remodeling projects.
