The company I had used every year for roof cleaning recently retired, so I started looking for a new one and ended up finding a gem. I received estimates from more than five companies, and Brandon provided the most detailed estimate outlining the entire process, along with a very reasonable price. We decided to hire him, and he did a perfect job. He was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process, as he claimed. We'll be asking him to take care of our roof every year from now on. Very satisfied with the service.

Highly recommend Priority Washing Services! They pressure washed our patio and cleaned both the inside and outside of our windows, and the results were incredible. Our windows have never looked so clean, and our front patio and walkway look brand new. Brandon was professional, on time, courteous, and fairly priced. We were extremely impressed with the quality of their work and will absolutely use them again.

I know I’m going to sound boring, cliche’ and “hard to believe” but YES- DO NOT HESITATE and hire this company! I really do not like writing reviews and I don’t very often but every once in awhile something comes along and I feel inclined…….good or not so good. Brandon has the entire complete set up to tackle the job! He absolutely went above and beyond and all at a very fare price. These days we all want to save money but still want to maintain our properties to look fresh and inviting and he helped me do that! In my opinion he is the best in the Seattle land area and has a great personality to boot! Wait until you see his workshop on wheels! Please don’t picture the Clampett Truck!? 😳🤪😂

Brandon is Awesome! We've used him a couple times for windows and gutter cleaning and plan to use him again in the spring for pressure washing. His work ethic has been superior to others we've used for the same services. He clearly takes pride in his work, is very friendly & personable, and focused on customer service. Simply can't recommend him enough.
