I have been 100% happy with the service I have received from Burchoil for the past several years. When I need oil they are very prompt. The sale representatives, the technicians and the customer service personnel all have been great. They are professional, very helpful and always friendly. Also, their prices are lower than other oil companies I have used or compared prices.

Great service as always. Got the furnace working late on Friday during the cold and ice. Recommended a complete cleaning when the weather cleared. Service Department followed up and called me to schedule.

We've been loyal customers of Burchoil for nearly 50 years. Enrolled in convenient budget plan, we receive regular, dependable deliveries. The personnel, office staff and techs are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Always dependable to respond to any issues or concerns.

They will charge you a diagnostic fee but never actually diagnose the problem. Takes weeks to get service… I would not recommend. Techs are not experienced. They will be back 3 or 4 times to fix a issue. If it’s actually fixed.
