They were here for one hour. One younger guy was an apprentice it seemed with the owner. I was charged parts and installation for two garage door springs and installation of an angle iron to support the top of the door. Then to my surprise a service charge of $89 on top of that🤕. Work was adequate but the bill was a surprise 🤔. I'll call a few guys before I choose someone to come over next time. Won't make that mistake again. But again, can't complain about the quality of the work.

Burchett Door is awesome! I had a problem with my garage door, the motor burnt out. They came the same day I called, diagnosed the problem and gave me options to repair it. Next day they came back and got it back up and running. Very responsive and reasonably price for multiple trips to my house. I will definitely call them back.

Garage door opener was stolen and needed to be reprogrammed immediately. Greg was responsive (on a weekend), and clearly and patiently described how to fix our issue, without the need for a technician. Truly an expert (it was as if he was looking at my equipment from over the phone). Excellent communicator. Problem solved.

Greg and his team were amazing! We love our new door and his price was better than the other estimates we received. We will definitely be doing business with him in the future.
