They did an outstanding job replacing our 2004 air conditioning system with a new high-efficiency heat pump. The pricing was good, the installation even better. After the installer explained the new thermostat features, I threw them a challenge to use the new inverter heat pump not only for cooling but also for heating in moderate weather. The thermostat monitors outside temperature through home WIFI and, depending on temperature, will call for heat from the heat pump or from my propane boiler. The other challenge was executing with the limited existing wiring in my walls. They figured it out, and it is performing quietly, wonderfully.

We initially had ongoing issues with our boiler’s hot water output during the winter months. After continued follow-up, the company came back out and worked through the system again to get things operating as well as possible. I appreciate their willingness to address the issue and stand behind their work. Everything is running much better now. Thank you for coming back and seeing it through.

I had no prior relation with them. I needed to replace my furnace in the middle of the Christmas Holidays and was without heat during a very cold period. I feel fortunate to have contacted them. They were outstanding from my first telephone call, always easy to contact, friendly, courteous and professional, following up promptly, expediting the process and going beyond my expectation to insure I was satisfied.

Bought new combo boiler 3 years ago from them. Claimed it was the best on the market, most expensive maybe best no. Nothing but problems this entire year with unit & service. Pay for yearly contract only to wait 5 hours after I call & tell them I have no hear. Tech finally comes out, claims I need a new circulator at the price of $476 ( they just replaced a circulator in Oct. when I called). Charge $102 service call fee. Fed up, call new company to come out, surprise nothing wrong with unit. Problem was the extreme cold we were having & unit was having trouble keeping up with the cold. I’m willing to bet all the other times they were out that there was no problem then either. Will definitely be changing companies & do not recommend them.
