I met Jim and his son today, the morning after the worst power loss in the history of Michigan. I had a generator and didn't want to burn my house to the ground trying to install it myself. I found them on Google Maps, and he answered the phone on the first ring. He came out within an hour, completed the install, and charged me a very fair price. I fully expected I'd get hammered by supply and demand, but Jim didn't do it. They did a very clean and professional job, they did it quickly, and they were very friendly. They were so reasonable on price that they got contracted to do a friend’s house in the same neighborhood - which they did the same day. Great guys and great work. Can't say enough about them. You will NOT regret giving them your business.
