Went in to get a torque wrench for my husband. The salesman was honest and showed me two options cheaper and pricier. The quality and jobs needed to be done. In a lot of situations, salespeople would push pricer options for commission, but this person was kind. He asked about the project and needed use of tool . We got the more expensive one . There are not a lot of kind people in the world today, so we are happy he helped us.
