MHI Roofing

First phase review: The assessment. Had a leak in my kitchen ceiling that was not caused by plumbing. A storm knocked down a pine tree next to the house a few months back and thought that might be the cause. So, I requested an estimate through Mhi website and received a call within 24 hours. Customer Svc scheduled a sat appt for me to fit my schedule. Jarod & Josh showed up right on time. Very polite, professional, respectful of my property and just super guys to spend time with. We talked for about 45 minutes before they did their assent of my roof, which included a visit to my very messy (and apparently mildew infected) attic. Then, they went outside on one of those 20 degree days, climbed up on the roof to assess, and walked my garage roof taking photos and videos of the whole ‘p

The Forman was great with consistently updating me with pictures and phone contact while I was at work. His crew was awesome worked hard through the cold weather did a fantastic job restoring my roof to looking great again. Made adjustments and we discussed very fkexible. Definitely would recommend this crew awesome job and very impressive

The entire project was very positive. Jarod and Christian completed a very thorough review of our roof and attic. They included many pictures and identified areas of concern. Amanda took care of scheduling, ordering of all supplies and equipment. Jeffrey- Project Manager did an outstanding job keeping me informed of the project, receptive to answering all my questions, and checking out the work being done. His crew was outstanding! Very prepared, excellent work ethic, and a wonderful job!!!. The new roof adds to the beauty of our home and I have relaxed knowing we have a quality roof. Thank you all, we are very appreciative!

Demaund Copeland from MHI came to inspect my attic and roof. He’s the best! He is extremely knowledgeable and the 21 point inspection was extremely thorough and he came up with several excellent options for my family. He took the time to explain things in great detail, answered all of my questions and I highly recommend him. I’m very happy that I called MHI and even happier that they sent Mr.Copeland to help us. He represents the company extremely well - I think MHI is the best roofing company in the Pittsburgh region.

All the staff was patient with answering any and all questions. Jarod, the inspector, educated us at length about the roofing process, including the necessity of adequate ventilation, and what MHI had to offer. Gerardo, our first project manager, went above and beyond with his patience, doing any task he could do to ensure our needs were met, and made us comfortable expressing concerns or asking questions, answering all questions thoroughly. Steve, our second project manager was also kind, patient and pleasant. The roofing staff were some of the hardest working people we have ever seen, working diligently and with excellence for long hours. The clean up was also excellent. We are very happy with the roofing job and would highly recommend this company to someone needing a roof.
