I would give Gotto Electric 6 stars. Here’s why: from the very beginning, James was very thorough in gathering the requirements, asking good questions, and presenting alternatives. I needed 240V brought into my garage and a specific NEMA receptacle. Price wise, very competitive. James made me a bundle deal with the receptacle to upgrade my service panel to 200A. I have a busy schedule and James was able to fit me in on short notice. Workmanship was outstanding. The existing wires from my house were brought into the new panel with care and very neatly routed to the new breakers. Drywall needed to be cut away for the larger panel, and Ive never seen a nicer cut into drywall in my life. For the run to the garage, James and his team were conscious of punch-outs in the drywall and routing. Eve

James and Mason were excellent! James came out on the first visit to troubleshoot a couple of issues. While he was here, he fixed a few things that had been bothering me for ages (like a can light that was not sitting tightly against the ceiling). It turned out that I needed to get a new fan and Mason came out very quickly after my new fan arrived to install it. He was fast, professional, and in both cases the price was extremely reasonable. Would absolutely work with them again!

Reached out to Gotto to help us upgrade service and rerun wiring for our house. They got back to us promptly and within a short time, they scheduled the work and completed it. Everything looks great. The pricing seemed reasonable for the work we had them do. They’re easy to work with and communicate well. We will use them again if we ever have the need.

Great service, fast and efficient. Gave us some great tips and explained everything clearly to me and my husband over the phone. Even fixed one of my ceiling lamps that we didnt even noticed was hanging by the wire... Will definitely call them again if I have any electrical issues.

James came out the same day I called him to look at my breaker box,and he quickly worked out the issues I was having,where two other electricians quoted me for substantially more work and cost. He even installed a new outlet for me while he was there for far less than the competitors. Will absolutely be calling again for any and all electrical issues I need in the future!
