Wonderful experience! Brad was the technician that came to my house. He was very patient explaining the procedure and when I can expect moving forward. One of the most amazing things was that he came within 45 minutes of my initial contact with a company!! I called two other companies before finding Spectrum and there was at least a five day wait for each company with pressure to sign up for a two year plan with one of them. Nothing like that with Spectrum!

Brad did a great job taking care of a yellow jacket nest above our ceiling last fall and today Dustin completed our 1st quarter insect control treatment. Both Brad and Dustin were professional and accommodating.

Dustin explained the whole process in great detail. Made sure to address any concern I had with my uninvited guests. Very professional and courteous!
