I cannot recommend C. Mattes enough. If you want honest work, fair prices, and a family-owned business that values quality and honesty, and that actually knows how to handle complex repairs, call C. Mattes first! We had an issue that led to a filled septic tank. Due to the installation set-up of our septic system, it was a more complicated issue than the typical home. Initially I had called another company who over-charged to pump out the tanks. They offered no help and seemed hesitant to tackle our situation. However, when I called Charlie he came out that day, assessed the situation, and was immediately willing to help. To top it off, the pricing was beyond fair. His willingness to help our family was greatly appreciated!

They have done a wonderful job each time. They always come out in the same day and Andrea on the phone is such a sweetheart so kind and such a great help! She tries to troubleshoot before sending someone out to the house to fix the clog or pump out. Charles came out today and pumped out our tank within a few hours of us calling in and gave some great advise on how to avoid a back up in the future.

Charles was great, very friendly and professional. He shared a lot of useful information and was completely honest throughout the process. Great and fair pricing as well. Highly recommended! Don’t bother calling anyone else.

When they couldn't assist with pumping our septic today, they went above and beyond to provide other company names and contacts to ensure we were taken care of. This speaks volumes on the care, compassion, and integrity of the people working here and the mission that drives their business 👏 five stars!!!

Called us back immediately and made time for us the same day, within hours! Amazing service, very friendly and knowledgeable, and very fair pricing. Our septic was completely full, overflowing and everything was buried in snow but within a matter of minutes they had it pumped without any damage to the surrounding garden at all. Couldn't recommend more!
