Ed Shampine Bathtub Refinishing

Ed was wonderful to work with and exceeded all of our expectations with our project. I called/emailed Ed quite a few times with questions and he always got back to me in a timely manner and was very patient. Ed worked efficiently and was very friendly. Ed would provide me with updates throughout the project so I knew exactly what he was doing and why. Ed reglazed our old yellow tile that was throughout the bathroom, along with the yellow tub, to make it a clean and crisp white. We are extremely happy with the results and love our new bathroom! Ed did a great job! The tub looks pristine. He was also very professional and courteous. And my dog liked him which is always a good sign lol.

Disappointed in Syracuse! I DO NOT recommend this service! We had a very successful bath refurbishment in our previous house, but forgot the name of the company. Ed came to refurbish a bath in our new home and it has been a slow meltdown disaster. The original job looked fine, but soon after rust started showing around the plug hole. After some avoidance and reluctance, Ed returned and said it just needed a respray. He came and did it. It turns out that was a totally inadequate solution. In fact, the original job had not stripped back the old bath finish enough, so that after 2 years, cracks, peeling, rust spots are making our bath look TERRIBLE. This happened over 3-4 years, but for the amount of over $600 - the price of a very expensive tub - we were told in his paperwork that this would

I can't rave enough about Ed and his work. He did a fantastic job on both my hall tub and master shower. He really took his time to make sure the job was done right and will last. Plus, he was very friendly, professional, and timely. Don't hesitate for a moment to call Ed if you need your bath refinished; I wouldn't call anyone else. Before and after photos attached.

Ed came to refinish our ugly dated blue tub... It looks like he replaced it with a beautiful brand new tub! Excellent, clean, professional, efficient work. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing it done.
