The Pond & Rock Shop helped me start my pond and they are great to work with. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They had everything in stock for my project and gave me outstanding customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had priced out Koi pond supplies at a large box store, thinking it would be a ton cheaper. First, it was almost the same price; only slightly more expensive at The Pond and Rock Shop. Second, The employees at the shop are so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable I am incredibly lucky I chose them over the box store. The slightly higher price is completely worth it as The Pond Shop continues to be a great resource that I can always go back to for advice and hand holding when I need help! You can’t get that in a large store for sure!!! Love this shop!!! I have recommended to all my friends!!

Tucked in the back corner of Business Ave. is this gemstone of a place for all your pond/aquatic needs. Very knowledgeable staff, willing to help and answer any questions you may have. Will definitely return!

Good customer service. Part of my pond pump assembly was broken. They identified the check valve I needed and it was delivered to my home in 2 days. When I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't fit, they patiently explained that I needed to remove another existing fitting in the well. It works like new now. I want to believe that the cost of the part and the information I received was worth it.

Outstanding place to do business. Have purchased numerous supplies from them in the past so I didn't hesitate to contact them again for a larger DIY landscape project. They were very receptive and responsive to all my requests and offered a great deal of tips to help me complete the job.
