When my husband and I bought our first home 🏡 one year ago, we knew the first major project to tackle was the kitchen. We started working with the design consultant, Amanda, in the fall of 2024, choosing all the components for 2 bathroom renovations. She was extremely helpful in finding just the right selections to match my design aesthetic. We were done making our choices in early spring and could have started the construction in June but chose to delay due to our schedule. Construction started at the end of September. Jon, the contractor had the first bathroom almost completely done in two weeks. Next, he started on our en suite bathroom which included removing a large jetted tub and putting our washer and dryer from the basement in its place, in addition to a new shower, vanity and sinks and heated floor. CNY just completed a remodel of my primary bathroom. This included outstanding design service, a complete demolision of the existing bathroom, then, the re-build. The large tub is gone and in its place are tall cabinets. Plenty of space for sheets and towels. The vanity is now larger than the old one since the tub is no longer encroaching on the space. The shower no longer has a curb, so no stepping over a tripping hazard. The people at CNY are very professional and really know their jobs. I highly recommend CNY Home Improvements. In addition to the bathroom, they remodeled my closets. Now I have drawers, shoe shelves, and much more usable hanging space. I love my new bathroom and closets!

CNY Home Improvements Kitchen & Bath Design Center was great to work with. Amanda (Designer & Estimator) was very involved throughout the bathroom remodeling process. She guided us through the design process, explained alternatives, and shared her years of experience. Tim, the lead carpenter, did excellent work and was very punctual. He constantly kept us informed of his progress. The team treated our house with respect and cleaned up on a daily basis.
