Bill has an unequaled attention to detail and is very thorough and precise in his follow up, measurements and in every aspect of the client relationship. Bill helped me design a whole new kitchen, pantry and primary bath for my 1902 Victorian home and my cabinets are stunning, and everyone thinks they are custom. His recommendations were spot on, detailed and most importantly he helped me save significant money for my project. Every step of the way, Bill was responsive and delightful to work with. We recently renovated several areas of our home, including the kitchen, powder room, primary bathroom and closet. We worked closely with Bill at Cabinet Discounters throughout the entire process. Bill was incredibly helpful guiding us through the design process with patience and expertise. He helped us choose the perfect cabinets and countertops to fit our style and budget in all these spaces. While we encountered a minor issue during the countertop installation in the primary bathroom, Bill worked diligently with us and the installation team to ensure it was resolved to our satisfaction. We recently remodeled our 40 year old kitchen and worked with Terri from Cabinet Discounters in Mt. Airy. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! From the initial consultation, through the design process and selection of materials, Terri's expertise and suggestions made the entire process so easy. We were given access to the Base Camp platform which kept us informed about when all work would be completed. All workers arrived when scheduled and did an excellent job. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Bill Putiri and his team. Bill did an exceptional job with our design/layout. He was able to incorporate everything on our “wish list”. He was always available to answer any/all of my questions and he worked closely with our contractors to make sure the finished product met expectations.
