I ordered a full set of plywood drawer boxes in 2022. I was skeptical that the measurements would be correct, but was thrilled about the quality that was advertised on the website. The turnaround time was quite long but that was expected. When the product finally came, I was just ecstatic! All the measurements were perfect, the shipping and packaging were exceptional! I couldn't be happier with the service. In anticipation of making another order, I've looked them up again and see they're no longer online and there are so many negative reviews. That worries me.

If I could give them '0' stars, I would. This company was happy to take your $ via Zelle (which is basically non-refundable and indisputable) but they failed to deliver my order correctly and on-time. I placed an order back in January 2023 and it delivered mid-June with several doors the wrong size, incorrect material and wrong profile...not sure how you make that many mistakes on a single order. Regardless, they have since ghosted me and don't respond to emails, phone calls, etc. Now I have to re-contract the entire job to a local supplier which I should have done in the first place. If you're considering buying from this company, just burn your money instead, it will save you time and frustration.

BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDSTERS! We ordered cabinets from this sham company in Oct 2022. For five months they made broken promises and all kinds of excuses about why we didn't have our product yet. We were given what appeared to be fake updates, i.e. "they're almost done", "they're being painted now", "they're in the packing phase", "they're in shipping and are going out on the next delivery", etc. This went on until March 2023 when we had to pull the plug and told them to give us a shipping number within 24 hours or we would have to cancel the order. We never heard from them and disputed the charge on your credit card. We never heard from them again. We went with another vendor who had beautiful cabinets made and installed for us within two months. Fast forward to today when they tried to ch

This company get's a 0. I strongly advise to not use this company. My first order was good. I ordered a second, and then a 3rd before the 2nd had shipped. Both the 2nd and 3rd orders were extremely late (6 months for the 3rd), and the 3rd order was short shipped. Except for a couple of "sorry for your frustration" Email responses with promises of quick shipment, there was no communication, and Cabinet Door World ultimately stole the money for the short shipment with no communication at all. They don't answer their phone. I don't know how they stay in business, you can see all of the other bad reviews. Stay Clear !

Very dissappointed in this company. We used them in the past with decent success. However, our last order was placed on July 26, 2023 and still hasn't been fulfilled. We were charged the full amount in July. We lost the customer due to the amount of time trying to get the product. Could never talk to a person and they refused to provide a refund. Curreently disputing through our credit card provider.
