Cabinets & Granite Direct

The company was very unprofessional.However, what we were really unhappy about is that they removed all the outlets in our kitchen but did not reinstall them. When we asked them to fix it, they said they were not responsible for reinstalling them. Did not reinstall them even though they already charged me 30$ for each If they remove the outlets, it is their responsibility to put everything back properly for the customer. Because of their lack of responsibility, we had to pay an additional $200 for someone else to come and reinstall the outlets. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

We just completed a kitchen remodel with cabinets and granite direct. We had an awesome experience with them. I was in the store many times choosing the granite and making plans. The whole staff is so helpful and nice. The granite work that they did on our kitchen is stunning. Everyone from the people who measured to the people who did the installation are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The results are stunning.

Do not do business with cabinet and granite direct. I've dealt with them 3 times and all 3 times was a problem. This last time they had measured the job come out to install the guy who measured the job measured it wrong . So had to take the island piece back and I had to wait longer for the install. Nothing from them on the install taking longer then expected. Install finally got done. Was waiting on a final bill. Nothing for 5 days. Then I called and was closed cause of the holidays. 2 days later I get a text stating we r gonna put a lien on ur house for the remaining balance of the bill which was $ 1400.00 Was in contact with the person who they said that this bill came to there desk and remaining balance was due . I said some things to them and here the whole time was texting with the o

I purchased granite countertops. From writing up estimate to installation everything went smoothly. Ed did great and a big shout out to Logan and Dwayne for an excellent job done!! Would definitely recommend for the value, half of what Home Depot or Lowes would have cost . I’m very pleased!

This is our 2nd time using CGD. Have had a great experience both times. Our sales rep Bianca was great and explained everything thoroughly so we knew what to expect. The process from paying to install was flawless even when we had to push back our measure/install a couple of weeks due to delays on our end. Highly recommend!
