California Closets - Pasadena

We initially contacted CC in late September and had our in-home design consultation with Julie Bennett on 10/9. She took measurements and within a short amount of time emailed me a 3D design of our new entertainment center. Our goal was to have the cabinetry complete by Thanksgiving but when we had initially contacted Cal Closets, they had indicated that it typically was 5-8 weeks from order date to install. We signed the contract on 10/10 and Julie informed me that we would be able to have our entertainment center installed on 11/12, well in time for Thanksgiving. Jesse Orellano, our installer and his assistant arrived early, and did a great job with the installation. As you can see from the pictures, the shelving/cabinets look amazing. We actually ended up ordering a matching bookshelf

Outstanding design and service. I really enjoyed working with my designer (Heather) who understood my concerns and was able to design the perfect layout for my space. The installation process was excellent. When there was a miscommunication about how to install one of the closets, the team coordinated and quickly made adjustments. This team has my highest recommendation. I look forward to working with them during future projects.

Absolutely love this product, we had California Closets installed in our home in Washington State over 20 years ago and have never had any issues with them . So most recently had them installed in a home in California, plus garage cabinets, WOW! Same quality and satisfaction as before. They’re strong, clean easily when needed and help organize yourself, especially in a small spaces such as the small closets in California as it is an older home. We highly recommend, the product is pricey but so worth the quality, the companies response to design and installation was great. We worked with Julie from the Pasadena location and everyone there was exceptional, thank you!

HEATHER was our rep and she was GREAT! Very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to our needs and provided a design that fit perfectly. We started with a walk in closet. We loved it so much, we had her come back to design our laundry room. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Had a great experience with California Closets. My designer Julie really knew what she was doing - she helped me feel comfortable with the design and was very patient with all of my questions and changes. The price was competitive - I spoke to 3 custom closet companies - and everything went very smoothly install-wise. Would definitely use them and specifically Julie again!
