Call Dad

We had our whole system go out over the weekend and after a failed attempt at getting someone out with another company we decided to try Call Dad. The tech, Zac, was amazing, he was kind and respectful. He called before he came and gave us an accurate time estimate. I love that he wore shoe covers in the house he clearly communicated every issue and took pictures of everything. He showed us a full report at the end and made sure we understood everything thoroughly. He also took his time on everything and didn’t rush the job. Thank you Call Dad, you have my future business.

I had an old tankless water heating system converted to a 50 gallon water tank. The best part of about this company is that they are super friendly. And their response was quick. They came as quickly as they could. The workmanship was immaculate. They paid attention to every little detail. I would highly recommend.

I had some issues with my hvac unit on a cold morning, they sent out a tech very quickly and my tech arrived right in time. Gary was my tech and did an amazing job at diagnosing my issue, which ended up being low coolant. Call Dad was super professional from my initial call to the excellent service provided by Gary! I strongly recommend using for you residential hvac issues. I will be contacting them in the future for an upgrade on my system very soon.

Our HVAC unit was making a wierd noise. We booked an appointment online for the next day. They sent emails and text including phone numbers, a picture of the technician and his eta. Hunter, the technician was here within the time promised. We appreciated the prompt service. As for Hunter, he was great! He explained what he needed to do to our unit and how much it would cost. It was truly a good experience with this company. Updated 2/28/26 So, we had to have Call Dad come back. The TXV went bad and needed to be replaced. Needless to say we were thankful to be members of their maintenance program. It saved us alot. They arrived within the same day of requesting. Worked fast. Explained issues. Provided quotes on the spot. Overall a great diagnostic experience. I’m going to get more quotes from other companies so I can’t really speak on the pricing yet.
