Cambek Designer Doors

I had the exact same experience as another poster "Amy" on my Cambek garage door. Water wicking began after one year. Care instructions on the website say doors need to be recoated within 2-3 years. Company came back and said my lack of maintenance was the problem. Ridiculous. I had the doors refinished by a third party ($8k) and there has been no water wicking since. Deeply regret buying from Cambek.

The double doors we ordered look amazing and we worked with Jeff Stone who was so responsive, knowledgeable, and guided us through the design and ordering process. BUYERS BEWARE!!! We were so excited about our Cambek doors. By end of year one the bottoms of the doors started to separate. By year 3 all the doors started to look weathered, chipped, cheap, and the wood discolored. When I contacted the company I was told my warranty was null and void because of lack of maintenance. They never gave us maintenance instructions and they could not produce any emails of communications that this information was sent or received. Their response as they were working on recovering email communications. That was 5 months ago. Look at the photos. See for yourself. Don’t buy this product. They don’t stand by it and when there is a problem they refuse to help.
