Canterbury Chimney Sweeps

I reached out to this company for a chimney inspection and cleaning after struggling to find availability with others in the $99 to $150 range. They were able to accommodate me on short notice, and the representative on the phone—who turned out to be the technician's wife—assured me they would inspect the wall cavity, which made the price of $269.54 seem reasonable at the time. Unfortunately, when the technician arrived, he stated that inspecting the attic was not part of the service, which directly contradicted what his wife had told me over the phone. As for the rest of the service, I have nothing to compare it to. That said, I’ll give them 3/5 stars because they accommodated me the same day, were respectful of my home, and the technician’s tophat made me laugh.

Wes was an excellent technician, very insightful and helpful! He completed his job in a timely manner and gave me a full report on the condition of my chimney. This will be our company from now on!

Chimney was leaking and could hear water dripping in the chimney during downpours, Chris came out diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. Not even 30 minutes after finishing the job a heavy downpour rolled in and no more dripping sound in the chimney. A real professional Chimney Sweeper! Thank you Chris for doing an amazing job.

We almost skipped this company because of the single one star review being the only review. I’m glad we read the review and didn’t dismiss this company because of that review. Who takes the time to ruin a companies online presence because they called someone by mistake for a product they didn’t offer, and the company didn’t fix that.
