I highly recommend Brian and the Cape Cod Property Services team. Brian and his team came out and did an evaluation of my drainage problem in the back yard as well as provided some recommendations on how to improve the space. He and his expert staff quickly got to work doing hardscape retaining walls, a patio, and landscape work. They were professional , courteous, and reasonably priced.

We have been working with Brian for a few years and can’t say enough about our positive experiences working with him. Immediately, he is friendly, approachable and considerate with the issues we were having with our yard. He came to us with realistic resolutions that we were able to tackle immediately, verse some quotes and fixes that we had received prior to, that were not attainable. Brian has provided brush cutting, stone patio and steps around pool area, and setting of large stone piers for us. He is always very responsive and professional. The work that he has completed for us of the highest quality. He is Enthusiastic and has been a Great partner for our landscape projects!

We are thrilled with the retaining walls, granite stairs, and paver walkways CCPS built at our home. The crew was fair, friendly, and efficient.
