Capital Doors

I called them because I had 2 doors on different garages to install they said they'd get back to me in a week to set up a time never heard another thing so I installed them myself it's not rocket science I just don't have a lot of time because I'm remodeling everything and sometimes I'll seek out some help to save time because I want to get moved in by winter but apparently they don't need the work or money do yourself a favor call someone else

Wife dealt with the person they sent out, he never stopped complaining about how he was or wasn’t sure if he was at the right house. Said there was no numbers on our mailbox mind you were the only house on the left side of road so ya. Was told a price on how much it was going to cost it actually was a $100 more than what I was quoted. The person they sent out took a pencil and marked out the prices and put in his own. If I would have been there he would have been told to leave before he even started. They got me this time and it will also be the last time I will never recommend this company to anybody that has garage door problems.

I recently had issues with my garage doors functioning properly. I contacted Capital Doors. Their technician installed new garage door openers. Shane who is in the office is very dedicated and knowledgeable! He is wonderful to deal with and works hard to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Shane truly cares about the reputation of the company. I was very impressed by their professionalism and proficiency! I highly recommend Capital Doors and I think you will be pleased with the outcome!

Great service. The repair work was done very well. Total cost was expensive in my opinion but it was as quoted to me over the phone. You get what you pay for. Looks like a quality repair job. My only real complaint is that Capital Doors did the initial garage door opener install and the opener bracket connection to the door broke loose. The work on this repair looks good but, that initial installation work was poor.

Wife called them to fix the garage door. They came out and proceeded to tell the wife that they couldn’t get the parts right now. The knew it before they came out since they was told the brand and model. Then charged us a $100 just to tell us they would have to order the belt. They could have told us on the phone. Said it be around $500 for belt and fix it. But they would gladly install another door opener if we didn’t want to wait for parts. Anyway the belt is $85. I can understand a mark up of $100 and $100 for labor, but $500? Heck no!
