Double D Appliance Repair

First impressions are everything. The lady who I spoke to was extremely courteous. The repairman (I believe the owner)ordered and replaced the heating element for my 30+ year old GE oven within a week. I appreciate that he didn't suggest purchasing new stove. Repair is always less expensive and sustainable. I highly recommend Double D.

This was the only local business willing to help (most places no longer stock parts), allowing us to repair our refrigerator and not lose all of our food. They sold us a part no one else had, advised and answered all of my questions. They even included an additional price that most places would have charged double for, just in case. I want to publicly than Double D applicance for the work they did for me. He arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. (my dishwasher). I know nothing about dishwashers. He explained the problem and fixed it at minimal cost. This is a really trustworthy operation.

After calling 8 different companies Double D is the only company that called back they were great. great communication. Found me a cord for an old freezer the gentleman that came out was very kind nice to talk to and very professional. Would recommend very highly.
