We just built a new home & Tyler and crew did a wonderful job! We’ve always heard the nicest things about them. We are having a small issue, and they are willing to come back and assess the situation to determine our need. We appreciate how prompt and responsive they are. Very grateful our builder recommended them!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Not only did Michael make time in his schedule to help out during this crazy heat, he diagnosed and fixed my issue within minutes. Any work I need, A/C or heat, I will be using these guys, and recommending them to anyone I know who needs work done!

Sent them an inquiry on their website on a Sunday night and was contacted the very next morning. By Wednesday, my old unit was evaluated, a plan to replace it was made, and I had a quote. We set a date for installation and then we’re at my house at the exact time they said they would be. Fast forward to the end of the process. The unit they received from Trane was defective. They thought they had fixed it, but came back MULTIPLE times to monitor it and make sure it would continue to cool my home. Once they realized the unit needed replaced, it was ordered and installed quickly. The warranty covered everything and was completely hassle free. I would HIGHLY recommend McCutchan’s as Tyler and Michael clearly do not stop until they know the job is finished and done right. Thank you!

Tyler and his crew just did the HVAC on our new build. Great communication, efficient and quick work, very reasonably priced, and great units installed. Will definitely use them for any future HVAC needs!

Wonderful service! We had a ceiling leak over Christmas and Michael was such a help and had to come back and remake ductwork. He was so pleasant and so nice and so efficient.
