When I relocated on a weekend. They notified me when they were on their way and when they were only 20 minutes away from the starting address. They stayed on task and did not go over time. They also asked questions about how I wanted things done the whole way through so there was less to sort out. They wrapped up everything before it went on the truck regardless of what the item was. They also unwrapped it upon arrival before placing it in the house where I wanted it. They were friendly and easy to work with would definitely recommend them again. The price might sound a little bit steep but I had three professional movers on a weekend and it would have been the same price if it had been during the week. Do not recommend!! If you have any issues, they will not be dealt with. I was originally charged over $2400 for a move that was quoted for $1200 a few weeks before Christmas. They were 3+ hours late to start and backed into my fence and ruined my gate. I was told I’d get a refund and they would fix my gate. They only refunded my deposit and never made any plans for my fence. Once I started complaining, never heard back! I’m still dealing with card disputes because of this.
