Vince's Maintenance

Vince is amazing. We had a contractor demo our bathroom and then ghost us. Everyone we talked to was too backed up or too expensive. Vince did amazing work. He did tiling, electrical and dry wall for us. It turned out better than expected. He is kind and fair in his pricing and estimated time for a project. Not only did he do a great job, it felt like he actually cared about the project. He came up with ideas I wouldn't have thought of and was dedicated to getting it done. He is a trust worthy person and great handyman. You can't go wrong having Vincd on a project.

Vince is great. He can fix anything. He has done several jobs for me and always does a good job. He has done work for a friend and he was very satisfied. Today was a good example. He had a busted pipe in the kitchen and Vince came right away to fix it. I would give him more than 5,stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had a pool deck in desperate need of repair. Vince came the same day we called and gave us an estimate. He showed up on time and did an amazing job. It looks better than we could have imagined and at a very reasonable price. We already have him lined up for next spring for another job. We love you Vince!!!

I recently hired Vince's Maintenance to insulate an unheated utility closet in my home and wrap some exposed pipes with heat tape to prevent freezing during the winter. He did a fantastic job from start to finish! He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He explained the best materials to use for both the closet walls and the pipe insulation, ensuring everything was done efficiently and neatly. No mess left behind. Since the work was completed, I've noticed the closet stays much warmer during the most recent cold snap, and I'm confident the pipes are well-protected against the cold. The pricing was fair and transparent, no surprises. Great local service with attention to detail. I'll definitely call them again for my future maintenance needs! Thanks!

Good, reliable handymen are hard to find and Vince is certainly that. He's a good communicator, punctual, fair, and detail oriented. I'll share pictures of other jobs later but this is a sample of some of what Vince has done for me. I bought a home in March and found out after a basement flood I had a bad termite infestation. Vince replaced basically had to rebuild my basement stairs from scratch, replace header boards and joists, and fix the surrounding drywall. He got all this work done in just a few days. Can't thank him enough and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for assistance around the house.
