I’m glad that I did get the windows ,it’s more warmer in my house. Capital remodeling Inc. did a beautiful job and they look really nice. I would recommend if you’re getting replacement windows that you use Capital Remodeling Inc. you would be pleased!

Can't get a hold of them. The work is rushed and garbage quality. For 12k I'm experiencing a drop in water pressure, and inconsistently able to fully operate the shower. There are constant leaks and mold, and the drainage doesn't work completely. Customer service is non-existent: they say they'll help, then go radio silent. Been arguing with them for 2 years, and honestly just want my money back since they can't meet their contracted promises.

Fantastic customer service! Could not recommend a better service! Shoutout to Hugh Watson who was so informative and knowledgeable but most importantly was so human! Just got 11 new windows installed in our home by Capital Remodeling. Couldn’t be more pleased! This was the easiest and most stress free home project we’ve tackled. Our in-home estimate salesman, John, was so nice and professional. All of the installation scheduling receptionists who I spoke with were well spoken and professional. We had our installation scheduled for a later than normal date due to personal schedules, but they called when they had a cancellation to see if we wanted to move it up. The installers were so quick! They arrived on time and within the first 2hrs all of the old windows had been removed and the new windows installed. They took their time with the finishing touches (indoor/outdoor sealing). I research Capital Remodeling, Inc for ten years before I decided to let them do the window replacement job. I overdid my homework but I was very please with their work and customer service. I would give them 5 stars. I had five windows replaced and they were fast and efficient. Willie Jennings
