They are super organized with their communications; contacting by text in August or September regarding upcoming installation for the holidays. They are very willing to make adaptations to your Holiday Lighting preferences, draft a photographic plan with pricing. They are very efficient both with installation and de-installation at the close of the holiday season. Very courteous, prompt, respectful of property. We get tons of compliments and they have saved me from getting up on ladders myself in the cold and difficult to reach places.
