NSD Home Inspection

Darien was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly thoughtful and thorough in completing our inspection. He made sure to explain things as he went along and answered all of our questions. He gave us details to help us understand what work was needed in order of importance and urgency. His inspection report was very detailed, easy to understand, and included pictures. Darien was incredibly responsive during the whole process. Would recommend 10/10!

Darien could not have been better. He inspected our new construction home, and was incredibly methodical and meticulous while doing so. He took his time, is patient and thorough. From the moment I reached out to him, through the responsive communication, good price point, to his professional eye and excellent write up, and post inspection communication - it was a pleasure working with Darien. While performing the inspection, Darien explains his observations, communicates well, and shares his opinion while not being overly forceful. He cleans up after himself (which is NOT our experience with other inspectors) and respects both the seller and the buyer. Would highly recommend working with him!
