Joe was the only bright spot in a rather bad situation. We had a water leak from bad chimney flashing that tore through our attic and found a home for itself in a wall in our dining room. Months later, we had a major mold issue. I called Joe and he immediately educated me on the risks and the best way to get the mold inspected and further treated. Joe was incredibly professional, communicative and kind throughout the abatement process. He's also very honest and steered me towards finding a legit home/mold inspector and not using someone who would take advantage of my lack of knowledge around the remediation process. As stressful as this situation was, it was a relief to find Joe. Really great experience overall and appreciate his honesty and approach to running his business.

Joe was thorough and thoughtful in diagnosing the problem, and did not try to over-sell me remediation on unnecessary work, even though tests showed there was mold in other areas. After scheduling the appointment for service, I contacted him on a Friday evening because part of the ceiling looked like it was about to collapse. He was scheduled to come the following week, but graciously offered to come the following morning on short notice to take care of the work and prevent an emergency situation. He has been extremely helpful in advising on next steps.
