We have used a competitor for the past 10 years, and while we never had issues, Cardinal’s technicians have already proven to be more knowledgeable. I’m very happy with the service that is included in installation of the tankless water heater. Not only is the overall expense lower (always important but especially in these more challenging times), but it includes an extensive preventive service scheduled service. I couldn’t be happier with the communication from the company ownership, to scheduling and the technicians.
