Called Tuesday morning, and they were at my house the following day. Got a few quotes on repairing my garage door, but this company, was by far the best. Not only in price, but in customer service, experience, and going the extra mile. Repair job: replacing the both the garage door springs that snapped in half. I had the pleasure of having CareFree Exteriors Inc install garage doors at my home. The technicians Brandon and Nakee were outstanding. Both were polite, kept the work area neat, were awesome as a team, and cleaned up the area when they were done. Unfortunately, one of the panels had a dent. Brandon worked hard to make it better and did a nice job. New doors and a dent concerned me. I reached out to the office and spoke to Robin, who was just as professional as the team working at my home. She said she would talk to Brandon and also said it would take about 4 to 6 weeks for the panel to arrive. She called when the panel arrived, and Brandon and Nakee came back to install.
