Horrible!! Don't walk, Run. I am 64 years old and this is the worst experience from a company that I have ever had. When the cabinets arrived there were 2 that were either cracked or put together wrong. They were reordered. The salesperson ordered the wrong dimentions for the pantry. We went ahead, hoping to avoid any further delays, and agreed to keep it although in was smaller than what we told him we wanted. It took 2 to 4 weeks for the new cabinets to come in, which means my contractor had to stop. The Crown for the cabinets was never ordered so another 2 weeks for them to order and deliver. Once the crown came, that I had to pickup myself by the way, it was wrong, another 2 to 3 weeks to get the new ones. Once again I have to put the contractor off. Not a single time throughout this

We purchased the cabinets from Carefree Kitchen for our kitchen renovations. Will Dixon was very nice and helpful through the process. After some time we had permanent water stains on a few cabinets near the sink. I contacted Will and he came to our house right away to examine the problems. he kindly reordered the cabinets that had issues with. He is beyond helpful from guiding me through the purchase to the customer care. He treats us more like friends than just customers. I really appreciate his help and kindness. I absolutely will buy more products from him if we have more renovations.

The owner really didn't want to serve us. He didn't return emails or phone calls. He was pretty degrading when my husband presented him with our neat,hand drawn sketch of our kitchen. He even said that he wouldn't be sketching out our kitchen for us. What cabinet salesman is degrading to their customers and doesn't have a computer program to draw up our kitchen?
