Jake at Cares Home Services was just who we were looking for. Honest, thorough and professional. He has a friendly and respectful approach. Came out for some needed maintenance on our air conditioning unit. Presented options and talked about what was important to address. We did purchase the family plan which is a good value. No pressure. Would highly recommend!

Jake is amazing! Our AC was shutting off every afternoon. Originally was quoted almost $3,000 for a repair by another company. I called Care's for a second opinion and Jake came out the same day and found the issue which was a super simple (and free) fix. I'm so glad to have found them and impressed with Jake's honesty. We will never use anyone else!

Jake took amazing care of our AC issues! Another company had overcharged and wrecked our system, Jake quickly identified and fixed problems and we got immediate relief! He explained things clearly, and gave us great tips for saving money and timing our repairs the most efficient way. He is super professional, and kind and personable. Jona is also amazing! Jake from Cares Home Services came out for an AC tune-up, and I couldn’t be more pleased! I know nothing about AC units, but he took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense. He did a thorough inspection, and fortunately, everything looked good. What really stood out was how informative and helpful he was he gave me great advice on how to keep my unit running efficiently for as long as possible. He also provided recommendations with realistic time frames for maintenance, which was a huge help since I’m not familiar with AC upkeep. On top of that, the service was extremely affordable! I’m so glad to have found someone I can trust, and I’ll definitely be using Jake for all my AC needs moving forward. Highly recommend!

Jake was extremely knowledgeable: he gave us a full breakdown of our system's status as well as multiple recommendations for how to proceed, cost/benefit analysis, even explained the mechanics and decision process he'd use to recommend a new system. He was extremely professional and respectful, even putting on shoe covers to walk through the house. This service is extremely thorough and reputable, and I will be recommending it from now on.
