The entire process from the initial estimate appointment to the final walk through was pleasant. The paint options and process were clearly outlined in detail in the proposal sent to me. The quality of paint is fabulous, even their most affordable option. We went with the middle prices option which was the best of any of the other proposals we got. The project went smoothly and the team worked quickly, but efficiently. The only thing that caused an issue was the weather. It rained like crazy for two days and the wind blew like a tornado for two days. The communication was wonderful though. The guys working on the house kept us informed at all steps, even telling us when they would take a lunch break. They kept the area neat and clean which was great considering we have dogs who like to get

We had three rooms painted and some drywall work done, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the Pipers. James and Nicole are some of the most caring, kind people you could hope to work with. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent. They kept me informed, answered every question, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Their level of customer service is exceptional — you can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work. The crew who came out to do the painting was professional, respectful, and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. The finished work looks wonderful. It’s rare to find both outstanding workmanship and truly good people behind a business. I would highly recommend them.

They painted both the inside and outside of my house, and everything turned out amazing. The cost was not the lowest of the 3 estimates I received, but right from the start of James's interaction and presence, I had a Good feeling this was the company to paint my family's home!! The men that work for James are helpful, courteous and professional. The job did not end after the interior of my house was painted. James and Nicole came and did QA ( Quality Assurance) on the work!! They interact with the workers throughout the painting process. One thing for sure, It was Not a slap the paint on and get out Job.
