Was very pleased with Tyler Manley. He was professional, nice and knew what needed to be done. Answered my questions and cleaned up. Even my dog liked him. Had used Woods plumbing years ago and will keep them on my contact list

Very courteous and professional. Fabian was great. He handled a problem we had when he opened the brand new toilet and found it was broken. Right away I contacted the seller and they were happy to send someone to my home with a replacement and take the broken one. Once it arrived Fabian got right to work. He completed the job and left his work area spotless. I am very impressed with this young man and the company he works for. I will be using them for other plumbing issues in the near future. Great experience!

We had a very positive experience with Intelligent Design Plumbing - Great communication with our plumber, he was able to help us in a pinch with a corroded pipe & calcified back-flow valve. Our plumber, (Shayne) was polite, knowledgeable, worked efficiently, used quality parts, and cleaned up after the job - and most importantly, he got to the real root of the problem.

The company isn't owned by Wood's Plumbing anymore. It's now Intelligent Design. The plumbers from Wood's Plumbing didn't stay. The one great plumber we came across didn't last. There seems to be pressure from ownership for good reviews as well. Each plumber spoke to me about it.

Jacob was very courteous and communicated well. He was great at explaining everything about what was going on in detail. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Jacob from Wood's Plumbing to family and friends.
