We had a 22' saguaro with a dangerous tilt at the top of the main trunk, so I contacted the AZ Dept of Agriculture to see if it was safe and permitted to prune it. After receiving confirmation, I messaged Kevin about tackling the 6’ section that was leaning over. We were worried it might break off and hurt someone or make the entire saguaro collapse. His team came out a few days later and did a great job of saving the cactus and all its arms (not an easy task at that height). They took excellent care to cut that section off in pieces, to ensure falling debris wouldn’t damage the surrounding nurse tree or young 3’ saguaro just below. I'm amazed to see all of these glowing 5-star reviews when this guy doesn't even bother to show up. He came to my property to give me an estimate, we agreed on a price, and the following week we set up an appointment. I never saw him again. He never called ahead to say he wouldn't be able to make it, just never showed up. He would then call a day or two (or week) later, apologize, and we would set up a new appointment. This happened four times! Don't waste your time.
